The Asian Noodle And Chicken Salad Showing You What To Make With Ramen Noodles.

You can watch live as one (really two) of our community members make an awesome dish. Let’s call it a (Bachelor) Asian Noodle and Chick salad. And pair it with a nice White Wine from the Nappa or Sonoma Valley region. I will put the recipe below so you can try it yourself.
2 packs of dried Ramen Noodles (that’s right! Ramen!)
1 lb cooked chicken diced or shreded is fine.
16oz/1 lb frozen bag of mixed vegetables any combination you enjoy.
The Sauce:
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp White Vinegar
2 Tbsp Dark Sesame Oil
2 tsp Hoisen Sauce
1 tsp sugar
Optional: Sesame seeds or dried Chinese noodles to garnish. I like to add in some saracha for a little kick.
